Terms of Service — Equation X

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Equation X (“the app”), a math and logic challenge app published by KheniTech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You sign in using email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

3. Acceptable use

The app is a fair, competitive game. You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or manipulate scores, duels, or leaderboards;
• reverse‑engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or its backend;
• harass other players or use offensive names or content;
• attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Gameplay, scores and duels

Answers are validated on our servers and scores, levels, streaks and duel outcomes are determined by us. We may correct, reset, or remove scores affected by errors, bugs, or cheating. Duel outcomes (including forfeits) are final as recorded by the app.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app, its challenges, design, and content are owned by KheniTech and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Your display name is shown to other players as part of normal gameplay.

6. Notifications

With your permission, the app may send push notifications about duels. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that scores and data will always be preserved.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the app is also subject to those stores' terms, and the app store providers are not responsible for the app, its content, or any support.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KheniTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is a free game and provided for entertainment.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
